The Moonlight Bay Resort is centrally located on Ko Lanta Yai, 11 km from the Saladan pier. It is situated on the island's west coast, next to the Andaman Sea, where guests can experience the nature of the jungle firsthand and also feel the warm breeze of the sea.
The resort bungalows are designed to be in harmony with nature and are modelled after traditional Thai architecture, with handcrafted structures made using local materials such as bamboo. The bungalows are specially designed to bring guests into a state of well-being and relaxation. Available for meetings and parties, the conference room can accommodate up to 60 guests in theatre style, classroom and U-shaped arrangements. The resort offers guests a lobby, hotel safe, bar, restaurant, WLAN Internet access and laundry service. Those arriving by car may use the car park, and guests may also hire bicycles on site. The hotel has 5 different cottage styles with a total of 30 rooms.
All cottages display a rustic style on the outside, but each one is equipped with modern facilities, including individually regulated air conditioning, fridge, internal telephone and satellite/cable TV. Also included is a private bathroom with a hot and cold shower and a hairdryer. The rooms are additionally equipped with a private balcony or terrace, free drinking water, a full set of bathroom amenities, coffee and tea making facilities, a minibar and a safe.
The resort offers a spa package in Na Lanta Spa, where therapists specialise in traditional Thai treatments using only the best of nature's curatives. A steam room is also available for relaxation. The resort has an outdoor swimming pool and offers activities such as canoeing, darts and bocce.
Chom Talay is a formal la carte restaurant serving a selection of international dishes, as well as Asian fusion cuisine and seafood specialties. The Rocky Bar enjoys a spectacular location facing the beach and serves cool drinks and evening cocktails under the setting sun.
